Ezra Primack brings a decade of creative advertising, graphic design and brand development experience to Rhed Square. Ezra was CEO of enVisage Media group and chief creative design lead on a variety of national accounts such as Sam Goody , Best Buy , Coppertone, Phizer, Augoron, Biolegend and others. In his spare time Ezra Works as an EMT on an ambulance in Santa Monica and Los Angeles as well as working prior as a Riverside County Firefighter.

Jennifer Pena manages the back-end development and project technical integration. Jennifer brings a wealth of experience she procured as the lead IT director for re/max 2000. Jennifer has extensive experience in e-commerce, IT related strategic planning , database development/deployment.and technology administration. Jennifer continues to be the lead IT go to person for Re/Max 2000, Mutual Escrow and Newcastle lending. Jennifer is a graduate of Cal Poly Pomona.

Lisa Nguyen is an experienced small business attorney (specializing in start-ups) who takes care of trademark and business organization issues. She has an extensive business and legal background that has included stints at the Internal Revenue Service’s Legal Department – Office of Chief Counsel, private law firm practice, FCA (a business and financial planning firm) and with First American Title (real estate title services). Lisa graduated from The University of Houston Law Center and is currently a member of the ABA and the Texas State Bar.

His Business technology background stems from his experience at Ratheon, Microsoft, and government agencies developing business performance tools and stackable frameworks.
